Genius Hour Project

After a great deal of planning, discussion, research, and collaboration, our Cubby House is complete.

I brought together 10 students from Years 5 & 6 to let them choose what they would like to do for the school. It was almost unanimous!

'We want to build a Cubby House'.

Thanks to a $1000 donation from Bendigo Bank and the wonderful support of Aidan O'Shannessy and his company 'Nine in Six', our project became real yesterday.

Thanks to Brad the apprentice, and some expert assistance from Aidan, we had the best fun!

Safer Internet Day is here! We’re asking you to Connect. Reflect. Protect.

Watch a message from the eSafety Commissioner who shares why this day is so important.

Safer Internet Day is a global initiative to raise awareness of online safety issues.

The eSafety Commissioner leads the initiative in Australia. We educate people about online safety risks, like online abuse, how to be safe online and where to go for help.

This Safer Internet Day we're encouraging you to take three simple actions when approaching online safety: Connect. Reflect. Protect.

Connect safely by keeping apps and devices secure and reviewing your privacy settings regularly.

Reflect on how your actions online may affect others or your safety.

Protect yourself and others by visiting eSafety.gov.au to find out how to stay safe online and report online abuse.

By doing these things and sharing the Connect. Reflect. Protect message, we can work towards making every day a Safer Internet Day.

Timetable Changes Year 3 & 5

Dear Parents, Next Week (Week 2) the Year 3's are going on an excursion on Wednesday 19th July. This will mean that there will be a timetable change with Year 5's for their PE and Art lessons. The students will need to wear their sports uniform as follows for next week: Year 5 - to wear sport uniform on Wednesday and Thursday Year 3 - to wear sport uniform on Monday and Friday for their PE lessons and on Wednesday for their excursion. kind regards Margy D'Rozario Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching Leader
